Horner Shipyards is a small outfit run out of the corner of a laundry room, by a Trek fan who wanted to make some model kits of ships they didn’t have.
This isn’t our day job. We have worked as Visual FX Artist for over 15 years as a CG artist. We’ve been a Trek fan since we could form individual thoughts!
This all started when we made it a personal goal to build all the on-screen ships as seen throughout all of Trek in the same scale. 3D printing has allowed that to become a reality. We hope to be able to help other modelers out there and fill in those gaps in their ship collections.
